Mining Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. His professional activity, of more than 35 years, has been developed in the Geophysics Area at CN IGME-CSIC. His main lines of research were data acquisition, processing, interpretation and 2D and 3D modelling of potential fields, direct current resistivity methods, electrical resistivity tomography and development of new geophysical methods. He has participated in 18 projects funded by public calls, 23 projects funded by Public Research Agencies, agreements and/or contracts with private companies and 20 engineering and technical projects. He is currently an institutional member at CN IGME-CSIC in the Spanish Commission of Geodesy and Geophysics.
