The photograph taken in 2017 shows cracks and damage to the El Portalet parking lot pavement due to a landslide. In 2004, the foot of the slope was excavated to build the parking lot (which serves the Formigal ski resort), reactivating two paleoslides and forcing the temporary suspension of the works and closure of the A-136 road. The material was replaced and a reinforcement was made to stop the process. However, the movement of the slope has continued to cause numerous damages to the road and the parking lot.
