IOM Law is a Norwegian law firm specialized in CCS, CCU, CCUS as well as negative emissions technologies. The firm was founded in early 2017 and has five employees located in Son (Norway), Copenhagen (Denmark) and Tasmania (Australia). Collectively, the employees of IOM Law have extensive experience of the legal, regulatory, policy and commercial aspects of these technologies, and are engaged in several important European, American and Asian-Pacific CCS/CCU/CCUS projects.
