IAMG 2013 publication & presentation guidelines

The official language of IAMG 2013 is English. Authors are expected to present and publish their research and projects in English. Please check deadline details.

We intend to publish a set of high-quality short communications of presentations and posters. All contributions will be subject to peer-reviewing. Submissions that are of inferior quality will be rejected. Authors may decide to submit their contributions with a preference either for oral presentation or for poster presentation. However, there is no guarantee than an oral presentation preference can be realized.

The papers accepted of authors, who will not have registered and paid the registration fee by June 30 2013, will no be included in the Final Programme and in the Symposium Proceedings.

Contributions need to be delivered digitally via e-mail (e.pardo@igme.es), preferably in Microsoft Word (*.doc/docx) format. Authors are asked to use the template: template will be available in September 2012.

For formulae, use the Microsoft formula editor. When using alternative text editors, please include formulae as images/figures (300dpi).

Tables, figures and formulae should be included in the text, in the corresponding places. For figures stick to the standard resolution of 300dpi.

For accompanying files, use widespread formats (e.g., jpeg, tiff, eps, …).
