Research line

My research exploits satellite-based interferometric products for detecting, mapping and quantitatively analyzing ground deformation at regional and local scale, especially focusing on landslides and subsidence motions. The interferometric data are also used to evaluate the impact of these phenomena on infrastructures and population. My main study areas are the Tuscany Region, the Canary Islands and the urban area of Rome.
