AN INTRODUCTION TO COMPOSITIONAL DATA ANALYSIS

The course
will cover the basic principles and methods of
compositional data analysis, and introduce those
attending to analysing data with CoDaPack and to the
interpretation of obtained results. The course will
combine theoretical lectures with hands-on practical
analysis of data with CoDaPack.
Recommended
prerequisites:

standard univariate statistical analysis
·
basic knowledge in multivariate statistics
·
introductory courses on analysis and algebra
·
experience with standard software: MS-Excel,
SPSS, Minitab, or similar
